Terms of reference :

· To develop a separate syllabus for EMRS Mizo language proficiency test in line with
 notification issued by Government of Mizoram.

· To prepare/set written and oral question papers based on the approved syllabus

· To ensure that the syllabus and questions are expeditiously prepared keeping in mind the scheduled dates for conducting the regional language proficiency test.
